The AP reports that Julius Kearney walked into a Bank of America branch in Pine Bluff, Arkansas with a trash bag, walked up to the teller, and demanded "Put the money in the bag". The teller told him the bank was out of money. Upset, the would-be robber then turned and left. Police arrested him a short time later, but they are still not sure exactly what to charge him with.
