This just in from our "Geez, Get a Life, Already" department...
The AP reports that student Brian Delekta has sued the Memphis School Board, saying he deserved an "A+" when he was only credited with an "A". Not surprisingly, the class in question was a work-experience class where Brian worked as a paralegal in his mothers law office. (Maybe the lawsuit is just his idea of extra credit?)
