Cincinnati City Councilman Chris Monzel suggested that Bengals fans who don't want to go to Sunday's game (the Bengals are a dismal 1-13 this year) donate their tickets to poor children. Sounds kind of mean to me. Now, if they benched the starters and let the kids play instead...
