-- health worker Helen Redmond, referring to her attempts to talk with mental health patient Patricia Harris. Redmond, who was visiting the patient in her home, left after repeated attempts to start a conversation were met with no response. Turns out the patient had a good reason for refusing to speak - she was dead at the time.
