I don't know what your quote really refers to, Frances, but
please don't knock Archie Bunker. He worked every day of
his life, brought home his entire paycheck to his wife and
child, grudgingly loved his wife, child, and even Meathead,
drank only moderately, and was a continuous taxpayer. I see
no fault with this man----except that he was an asshole.
