US District Judge Edward W. Nottingham has ruled that the National Do-Not-Call List is unconstitutional, apparently interpreting the First Amendment as giving telemarketers the right to harass you whenever they like. If you would care exercise your own free speech rights and phone the Honorable Judge Nottingham to share your views on what the First Amendment was REALLY intended for, here's his number...
