-- Representative Billy Tauzin of Lousiana. The US House voted 412-8 to pass new legislation to re-institute the National Do-Not-Call list, this in response to the recent desicion by US District Judge Lee West to rule that the FTC did not have the authority to set up the do-not-call list.
"The judge in this case is dead wrong and I'm sure his decision will in turn be overturned."
