Glasgow University professor Barry Jones has scientifically proven that two pints of beer will increase the attractiveness of the opposite sex by about 25%. (Thus validating the unofficial findings of countless generations of university students before him.)
Rumor has it that his next research project is seeking to establish whether there is an inversely proportional relationship between the attractiveness of the opposite sex and the number of minutes remaining before closing time.
