is there a sign language for every language or is it a international thing.

there are many different sign languages, almost all are regional or national in scope, and they do not necessarily have a one-to-one correspondence with spoken languages. For example, there are distinct American, British, and Australian sign languages, but there is not a universal "English" sign language.
There have been attempts to create an international sign language. I suspect they have been about as successful as attempts to create an international spoken language. (Remember Esperanto?)

I do not remember it. I have heard of a language that was created using the languages of Europe. I would simply want to learn sing language so when a cop pulls me over i will speak to him in it and right when i leave i say have a good day
