David Bradley invented the Ctrl-Alt-Delete key sequence used to re-boot the IBM PC.

Bradley, one of 12 IBM engineers working on the original IBM PC in 1980, spent about five minutes writing the code to implement the now-infamous "three-fingered salute". He retired from IBM last week after a 28 year career with the company.
