When to delegate
You're a bush pilot in the African veldt. You fly in some critical
medical supplies and enjoy a quick lunch at the hospital because you're
eager to get to your next drop off before sunset. You return to your
plane to find that the only piece of shade around has become very
popular in your absence.
You smile and remind the co-pilot that it's part of HIS duties to do the
walk-around...
