Legless Man Wanted in Pants Heist
-- Rueters recently reported that a man with no legs is wanted in West Vancouver for allegedly stealing 10 pairs of pants from The Gap. They gave no indication of a possible motive. (Perhaps he planned to give them as gifts?)
