An unidentified Wisconsin man was arrested Wednesday after he stole an electronic device left outside a woman's home, according to USAToday. He obviously did not know what the device was, but thought it worth stealing anyway. Turns out the device was a GPS tracking system used to help correctional officers pinpoint the exact location of prisoners serving time under house arrest. Authorities had no trouble locating him.
