World's Worst Homing Pigeon

Billy the pigeon was supposed to fly from Northern France back to his home in Liverpool, England. He wound up in Staten Island, New York, instead, according to AP reports. Nobody is really certain how he managed to cross the Atlantic. He finally did fly home to Liverpool -- on British Airways.
