Robin Loftin appeared in traffic court in Carlsbad, New Mexico, on charges of driving with a suspended license, according to the AP. As is customary, when the judge entered the courtroom, Loftin removed his hat. Apparently he forgot that he hid a marijuana joint in his hat. The joint fell to the floor in full view of everyone, including the judge, earning Loftin a contempt of court charge and two days in jail.
