No more french fries in Congress

The US House of Representatives will no longer serve french fries in their cafeterias, according to the AP. A sign by the cash register reads "Update. Now Serving in All House Office Buildings, 'Freedom Fries'". For breakfast, they've replaced french toast with "freedom toast". The French Embassy in Washington responded by noting that french fries actually come from Belgium.
