Extraterrestrial Culture Day

New Mexico State Representative Dan Foley has proposed that the state declare the second Thursday of February to be "Extraterrestrial Culture Day", according to Reuters. The day would "celebrate and honor all past, present and future extraterrestrial visitors" to New Mexico, and "enhance relationships among all the citizens of the cosmos." And yes, Dan Foley is from Roswell.
