Reuters reports that Karl-Friedrich Lenze of Berlin has applied for a license to open a brothel -- for dogs. Says Lenze, "If dogs can't get what they want they get cranky, just like people." In case you were wondering, Lenze plans to charge about $25 for a half-hour.
