A traffic cop in Manchester, England is in trouble for writing a parking ticket, according to The Sun newspaper (UK). The vehicle he ticketed was a city bus. It was "parked" at a bus stop. The driver of the bus was unable to convince the guy that it was perfectly okay for a bus to stop at a bus stop. A spokesman for the city council said the traffic cop would be "retrained".
