Victor Dodoi of Romania plans to file a complaint with Consumer Protection Authority over the quality, or lack thereof, of a rope he recently purchased, according to the newspaper Adevarul. It seems Mr. Dodoi was attempting to hang himself, but his relatives found him and were able to cut him down too far easily for his liking. The newspaper quoted him as saying "You can't even die in this country."
