In our continuing saga of duct tape...
The AP reports that Texas District Judge Jim Bob Darnell became so annoyed with repeated interruptions from defendant Carl Wiley, that he ordered bailiffs to tape up his mouth with duct tape.
(Sounds like something that somebody named "Jim Bob" would do.)

The same Judge that would allow a my husband to beat his sick wife and then let him live in her house. Not to mention ordered to pay over $700 a month. My husband has payed 0. The same judge that let Citizens Bank of Slaton repossess the only vehicle the victum had on the 31st day of late payments. I paid. A tractor 1960 model Massey Fergerson and a 1994 Camaro that was tied into the loan but was not repossed by Citizens Bank of Slaton. Are all Domestic Violnece Perpertrators allowed to beat their wives and keep all their personal possessions. I was not allowed back to my house since the violence. I have received 2 boxes of some of my clothes. I hired an attorney in Lubbock payed over 2,000.00. I could have gotten a better deal on e-bay. I have made 6 trips to Lubbock Texas since Labor day weekend of 2003. Are all victums treated this way or just in the Pan handle of
