CNN reports that the Bad Ass Coffee Company is opening a new store in Tuscaloosa Saturday, but is already in trouble with local officials. Tuscaloosa City Councilman Joe Powell is apparently disturbed by the use of "cuss words" in the names of local businesses. The coffee company claims the name refers to donkeys used to carry coffee beans through the mountains in Hawaii. (Yeah, okay.)
