I was recently browsing a British news site when I saw these two headlines right next to each other...
U.S. is "biggest threat" to world peace
Heathrow Terror Alert: Army Moves In
Sensing a connection, I read the first few lines of each article, and this is what I gathered is going on over there:
Apparently the Brits have deployed 400 soldiers to guard Heathrow Airport from attack, because one out of three Brits believe the United States poses the "biggest threat" to world peace today.
(I also found it interesting that the headline chosen for the first article, which covered the results of a recent poll, stated a position that 68% of the respondents disagreed with.)
