Jose Luis Betancourt won $7.5 million in the Texas lottery, according to a recent AP report. Less than a month later he was arrested after US Customs agents found 1.63 kg of cocaine in his home. That's enough to charge him with conspiracy to distribute, meaning it may be possible for officials to seize his winnings.
