This just in from the "You can buy anything on eBay" department...
Los Angeles writer Steve Young put his family up for sale on eBay. (Now, I'm not saying I would ever sell my family, but there have been days...)
The offer included a "lifetime of platonic companionship, including invitations to family outings and holiday gatherings", and the family was willing to relocate anywhere and change their last name. All this starting at only $5 million.
eBay pulled the ad, as they have a policy against selling human beings.
