David Jose Orama had the unique distinction of being the father of the first baby born in 2003 in Hernando County, Florida. According to the St. Petersburg Times, Hernando County sheriff's deputy Neil Sullivan read about the proud father in the newspaper, and recognized his name - seems Mr. Orama was also wanted for violating his probation. Sullivan located him by driving around the neighborhood until he spotted a banner reading "It's a Boy!"
