Ustka, Poland is a sleeply little port town on the coast of the Baltic Sea. Apparently not much goes on there, so little in fact that the city council recently turned their attention to the mermaid that graces the city's coat of arms. They are considering a vote to give her bigger boobs. Explained one city official, "One female councilor said jokingly that the mermaid's breasts were too small and that she was a bit fat."
