Donald Sebastian is awaiting trial for falsely identifying himself as a US marshal. According to the AP, US Magistrate David Perelman didn't feel it was appropriate to hold in jail until his trial date, so he agreed to release Sebastian on the condition that he read the following statement (with sincerity)...
"I promise that I won't do anything stupid. If I do anything stupid, I'll likely end up in pretrial detention."
