Gay Divorce recognized, even if gay marriage is not

Texas judge Tom Mulvaney granted a divorce to Russell Smith and John Anthony, a couple from Beaumont, Texas, according to an AP report. Texas does not recognize same-sex marriages, but apparently they have no problem with same-sex divorces.
