The Los Angeles times reports today that the translated voice of Saddam Hussein in the recent CBS interview with Dan Rather was an actor hired specifically for his ability to do a fake Arabic accent.
(Too bad Mel Blanc isn't alive today, I bet he'd do a great Saddam Hussein voice.)
