Michael Bloomberg's new plan for the homeless

New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg has a new plan to deal with the homeless in his city. According to Reuters, he plans to house them in cruise ships. Really. Yesterday he and his aides travelled to Bermuda to take a look at retired cruise ships. (Rumor is he will travel to Las Vegas next week to examine some slot machines for the homeless.)
