Robinson Morales and Fiore Petrassi were arrested for theft in a Chicago parking lot last week, according to reports from the AP. Local police, responding to a series of reported burgularies, had set up an undercover surveillance operation in the parking lot. The pair were arrested when they attempted to break into a minivan - the same minivan being used by the undercover officers.
