Michael Kocur was convicted of driving his riding lawn mower while intoxicated. It was his fifth offense, although the first involving gardening equipment. He was sentenced to probation and community service. The AP reports today that the judge in the case has now sentenced him to one year in jail. The reason? He showed up for his first day of community service - drunk.
