Over a hundred college students in Michigan discovered that at certain gas stations they could swipe their drivers license instead of a credit card at the fuel pumps - and get their gas for free. Unfortunately for the students, instead of recording the expected credit card transaction, the fuel pump card readers recorded their drivers license numbers. Police expect to have little trouble tracking them down.

Dear Mommy: After several years at this great university, I have learned that you can't get something for nothing. It seems
that I have exceeded my gas allowance. PLEASE send money...a LOT of it, for gas and court costs. Love, Bubby.
