Texas man Robert Lee Crider knew he was too drunk to drive, so he gave the keys to his son, who had not been drinking, and let him drive them home, according to Reuters. Only problem with that plan was, his son was only 11 years old. And he was speeding.

If I remember correctly, he (dad, not the 11-year-old) was charged with child endangerment.
