Loretta Morris, of New Milford, Connecticut works for a grocery store that has a policy of "carding" anyone attempting to purchace alcohol, tobacco, or lottery tickets. When a customer became upset when asked to show proof of age to purchase a scratch-off lottery ticket, he told Loretta to "stick the ticket..." and stormed out. Loretta kept the ticket. It turned out to be a $25,000 instant winner.
