The town of Dunedin, New Zealand has banned children from sitting on Santa's lap, out of fear of future allegations of inappropriate behaviour. (Personally, I always suspected Santa was a bit of a pedophile.)

Right. And we need to ban Doctors also. The do an AWFUL
amount of touching children.
