US District Judge Lee R. West has ruled that the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) does not have the authority to set up a national do-not-call list to stop unwanted telemarketing calls.
If you think the national do-not-call list is a good idea, or if you think the Honorable Judge West's decision is a giant steaming load, perhaps you would like to give him a call and let him know what you think. Unfortunately, this is his office number, so you can't call him during dinner...
