Rage of soccer fans

Why does no one pay attention to the ungrounded rage of soccer fans? They LITERALLY demolish everything in their path when their favorite team loses. Many fights take place against a backdrop of sporting disagreements. I don't think it's normal.

Yes, it annoys me terribly too. They act like animals, it's impossible to stand it. To be honest I would have banned all social events of this kind. I generally think that people in our world are allowed to do too much. There should be more rules in the world, then life would be much easier for all of us.
