I installed Google controls on my child's phone. No tinny, just for sleeping time from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Went to read the reviews.
The app has two clients, a parent and a child. Accordingly, there are two applications, each with its own reviews. From parents and from children.
I went to read the children's... And there's a hell of a lot more.

Well, I think it's too much to keep track of a child. But for sleep control is really not a bad option. Very often children sit up at night on their phones, and this way it will be clear whether they are asleep or not.
