Sticks and stones

While substitute teaching a 5th grade class, I told one of the worst behaving boys that he was rude, inconsiderate, and a distraction to those who wanted to learn. He replied in an offensive voice, "Sticks and stones can break my bones, but words will never hurt me." So to prove him wrong I hit him in the face with a dictionary.
