Einstein logic

FreemanSmith Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at 10:02 PM

In the Einstein/Fish Logic riddle, the grid that's posted is incorrect. Each grid row is accurate in the information it displays, but the position of the Green House and the White House is not correct. The White House should be last ("last" because the Norwegian's house is labeled "first"). The clue that determines the proper positioning of the White and Green Houses is: The Green House is next to and on the LEFT of the White House.

The Norwegian's yellow house is first (leftmost), the Swede's white house is last (rightmost), the German's green house is to the immediate left of the white house.  (This is as depicted on the grid.)

This riddle is not that difficult really... u just need to guess that the dane smokes Blends. When u make the right guess u can move on and solve it till the end....

I don't think that Einstein wrote this early in the 19th century. He was born late in the same century...

Its really cool and there is only 1 answer the german, first lay out the houses in there colors its pretty easy to do so, then use the blend to guess the rest cuz its the hardest, and there is noway u can go wrong i did it in 2 hours.

If the statement attributed to Einstein is really true, then either he was having very high opinion for him self, or very low for the rest.

i dun think it needs any guess, i did it in 20-30 mins. it's not abt guessing. i sepeate the hints into two parts and fill them in simutaneously, u will figure all the colours of the houses first, and then under these colours some of the items will be fill except u will know nothing abt the WHITE house, then the second part i dun sort them out according to the colour, i just label ABCDE and try to fill in what i can, in the end u will find the Swede smoke Blue Master, drink beer and own a dog, it means the Swede will definitely live in the WHITE house and from tat onwards u will b able to solve the riddle.
