I've checked pertty close, and even though I still maintain a wish that they're real, it really doesn't matter, she serves a purpose, and from a distance, she serves it quite well. Perhaps one day someone will be able to solve this riddle, but I doubt our debate will. I will say that I believe my point of view is more fun.

It's waay to good a photo to be real - if it were real, they wouldn't take such a perfect picture with perfect lighting an skin tones - it would be more like medical shots, etc. See what i mean?

The videos are fake. Most likely just glued on (you can see it reflects light totally differently from the rest of her skin), but I suppose it's possible it's an implant.
Yes, there are people with more than two breasts (see the wikipedia link), but those extras are on a line above or below the normal ones, and a lot smaller. Nobody has giant third tit neatly lined between the other two unless it was placed there by a plastic surgeon.

Are some of you stupid? It's practically impossible to grow a 3rd breast that perfectly shaped and in the middle. I myself have one but it's not formed properly, it merely looks like a teeny birthmark. Extra breasts grow either above or below the normal two. This girl has clearly had an implant or is wearing a plastic one or has been expertly photoshopped. If you calm your hormones and sexual desires for one second and looked properly, you'd realise that it looks quite ridiculous.
